Short guides to what you see in the 3D map. Each one links to a live view of the real data.
- How deep are earthquakes?Shallow, intermediate and deep quakes, and why depth changes the shaking.
- The deepest earthquakesQuakes 600–700 km down, and the puzzle of how rock can break that deep.
